"When I imagine these pieces I think of them as devices you might find in a very old science lab that was just recently unearthed. Rockets that have been used for some unknown purpose and have traveled to some unascertained distant planet". -Rik Allen

The work is assembled with a mix of materials, including glass, copper, brass, lead, wire and various found articles that achieve the archaic texture and appeal that Allen is seeking.
