Stephen was first introduced to glass in his first year at Franklin Pierce College, Rindge, NH. The following two years of study served as a platform to understand the basics of glass. As his interest grew, so did his travels: he attended Fort Lewis College in Colorado, and later moved to Seattle to pursue a career in glass.
