Janis Swalwell has worked with hand-blown glass design for nearly 30 years, with as many years in marketing, promoting and selling glas art for her company and for other artists. In 1997 she and her husband, Robert Adamson, finished construction of a glassblowing facility on Whidbey Island. She is currently working on a line of contemporary art glass and experimenting with pate de verre technique and casting glass.
